Cancellation fee of $10 is applicable in order for us to recoupe
admin
costs.
Loss of 1 nights stay for cancellations within 2 weeks prior to arrival date,
at owner's discretion. If booked and cancelled on the same day then there are no cancellation fees.
We require 50% deposit payment upon booking to guarantee
your
booking, or if the booking is for 1 night then 100% deposit, with the remainder
due on arrival.
